Description
Beach Boys - Pet Sounds - 1966 first pressing
Record:
T1 T2458-1/ T2 T2458 - 1
Side 1 has a 1 at 9 o'clock indicating it was pressed from the first Mother & PA at 3 o'clock Side 2 has a 2 at 9 o'clock indicating it was pressed from the second Mother & PA at 3 o'clock
Professionally cleaned and play tested by listening all the way through on my high quality system.
The audio is fantastic being pressed from thick heavyweight 60's vinyl
Has been pressed slightly off centre which causes a slight "whoosh" for approximately 7 seconds at the beginning of both sides as the record has a slight shimmy causing my lightweight tonearm to move side to side slightly
Side 1 - Has a couple of marks which cause some clicks on track 3 - please see photo
Side 2 - Is unmarked and plays perfectly save for the aforementioned "whoosh" at the very beginning
I've graded the record as Good as per the Record Collector's grading system - see photo
Inner Sleeve:
Original and correct EMI tracing paper lined inner which has a corner crease but otherwise is Very Good
Sleeve:
Very Good Plus
No splits, tears, writing or folded corners. Some minor creases in the laminate towards the right side The spine is legible.
Will be shipped in a LP cardboard mailer
