For sale is this UK original vinyl album by The Beach Boys. Entitled Pet Sounds, it contains 13 tracks (see track listing below) and is housed in a front-laminated flipback sleeve and plain inner sleeve. On the Capitol rainbow rim label, the catalogue number is ST 2458 and the date of issue is 1966. This is a stereo first pressing (see pressing details below) with "SOLD IN U.K..." label and Capitol dome logo both on the left side of the label (later pressings have these at the top).

Condition
The vinyl is in Very Good Minus condition.
The labels are in Excellent condition, clean and bright with clear, perfect printing and only the very lightest of spindle marks.
The front-laminated flipback cover is in Very Good Minus condition with just slight edge, corner and ring wear and slight laminate creasing but three small tears on the front at the opening edge (see pics). The spine is complete with clear printing.
All vinyl records are strictly graded according to Record Collector magazine's grading system, the long established UK standard, with any specific flaws mentioned along with the grading. They are sent in custom-made mailers, with built-in or added stiffeners, and are packaged outside their sleeves to prevent edge splits. Singles without a picture sleeve will either have a plain sleeve or a correct-era original (not repro) record company sleeve (stated above). Original record company sleeves may not be the exact sleeve issued with the single so may have a different catalogue number hand-written in the corner but they will be the correct design for the single. They may have a bit of wear, writing, stickers, sticker marks etc but will be in a generally good, useable condition without edge splits or sellotape.
