Description
This is the Beach Boys 9th LP, Summer Days (and Summer Nights), released on July 5, 1965. It is the original mono Capitol 1st pressing, T-2354.
This LP is from my personal collection. I am an audiophile of 50 years and have been collecting vinyl for the last 50 years. I acquired this LP decades ago.
The LP condition is VG++. I have played this LP only a couple times, most recently for this listing.
Visually, Side 1 is flawless. Side 2 has a couple of light lines. One is near the beginning of Side 2 and the other on the 2nd track on Side 2. Sonically, both sides play as new except for the very beginning of the 1st track on Side 2. There are a couple of light ticks in the dead wax run-in on Side 2. Other than these light ticks on Side 2 the LP plays flawlessly. There is no static, hiss, or surface noise of any kind with the music or in the dead wax between the tracks or in the run-ins or run-outs..... except for the light ticks noted above at the very beginning of Side 2. The sound is superb.
I have graded the jacket VG- due to very noticeable ring wear and shelf wear on the front and reverse sides. There was a 2" seam split in the lower right corner which I have repaired to prevent further splitting. The record has been stored in a rice paper sleeve and the jacket in a polyethylene sleeve since I acquired it. The original inner sleeve is in the jacket.

This LP will be shipped in a new LP mailer with cardboard stiffeners on the top and bottom of the LP for protection.
The listed flat rate shipping costs are only for inside the lower 48 states of the US. I will ship outside the US but shipping costs are quite high so contact me for an estimate of shipping costs to outside the US.
