The Beach Boys WILD HONEY This is the original CAPITOL release from 1967, T 2859 in glorious MONO just the way Brian made it. This was the first studio album Brian and the boys made right after PET SOUNDS and though it doesn't reach the heights of that one it certainly has momentum going for it. Unfairly under-rated, my vote for the 2nd best Beach Boys record. The title track, the hit, "Darlin'", the very PET SOUNDS like "Country Air", and the R&B centric "Here Comes The Night" and "How She Boogalled It" all stand out. Not a bad track, really.
VINYL : NM. Clean and beautiful. No marks of any kind. Obviously not played more than a couple of times. Play grades MINT. Sonically rich. Brian's MONO mix is bright and clear and way better than the STEREO. Hard enough to find in MONO but even harder to find in this condition.
JACKET : NM. Nice and tight. No wear to speak of. Completely legible and centered lettering on the spine. No names, stains, rips, seam splits, ring wear, cut outs, punch holes, stickers or stamps. Original plain white inner sleeve. No need to upgrade after this.
