Up for auction is a rare Beatles item:
The Beatles Yesterday and Today album - T-2553 mono. This is a 2nd State Butcher Cover, with the trunk cover glued over the Butcher Cover. The record is in good to fair condition, labels are clean with no marks. It comes with the original Capitol sleeve. The cover has some writing on it, names Bill & Gayle, on front and back covers, there are seam splits on the opening edge, top and bottom, less than 2" in length. The corners all show some wear, as well. I have owned this album since 1999 and it has been kept in a smoke free environment, enclosed in clear plastic sleeve since then.
The picture included of the part of the cover with Ringo's black "V" turtleneck sweater doesn't show up very well, but it's there, along with other places where the original Butcher cover shows through, like the lower right corner where Ringo's black pant legs show through. Not in the best condition, but it's still rare enough to have in your collection.
