The Beatles Yesterday and Today 3rd State Butcher Cover
Capitol, T-2553, Capitol Black Rainbow Label
Vinyl , VG++, Beautiful Shine, Very few surface Scratches,
Label, NM, Original Inner Sleeve
Cover , RIAA 3, This is a peeled 3rd State Butcher Cover. I am starting this auction very low with no reserve. The cover is taped on all three sides as not to make it split. The person that peeled this cover seems to have used a black marker or paint to fill in some parts that have peeled off. What I can see that was filled in is the Capitol Logo, The Beatles Yesterday and Today (Wording). There seems to have been a lot of glue on Paul Face and Ringo's Mouth so to me they look a little scary. I tried to show you this in the photos and it appears that they filled in Paul's hair with the marker or paint. The back of the cover has a little peeling also. If you have any questions, please make sure you e-mail me. and as always I will try my best to answer your questions. I am a little fussy and try to describe to you what I see and what I see wrong. I don't want to disappoint anyone. I have seen some peeled butchers and in my opinion this one is pretty nice, except for Paul Face and Ringo Mouth. But the ink that they used to fill in the logo and the title of the album I think that they did do a pretty good job. The Cover right to left measures a little more then 12".
