Pics below form part of the descriptor. side 1 EXC+ side 2 EXC condition. Audio sounds, plays well. One hairline scratch on side 2 which does not sound [see pic]. Full matrices are side 1 XEX-421-1N-112-RDO side 2 XEX-422-1N-14-RMM . Labels are in EXC condition with minimal wear. Tax code on side 2. Inner sleeve is correct EMITEX poly liner in EXC condition, no splits. Sleeve is Garrod and Lofthouse front laminate, flip over in EXC- condition, a 1" split to bottom at opening [see pic], minor ring wear and matting. Strong readable spine with minor laminate creasing.

A Couple Of Words About My Grading...I don't sell new records so I never use the MINT grade..highest I use is EXC++
I adhere to Record Collector guidelines..After cleaning and playing I give a visual grade augmented with an audio report.
Some records can have a poor visual grade but sound amazingly good, I describe these as 'Plays Better Than Grade'
Some records can grade EXC but have a flaw when played, if these are offered for sale I explain what the flaw is.
When it comes to picture sleeves a quality picture tells a thousand words, but not if the SEAMS are splitting, so I will give
information regarding that. Good pics can help a buyer make an informed decision on sleeve / label condition, but not entirely on what they will sound like,
hopefully with offering a visual grade, an audio grade and the pics it goes some way to making an informed buyers decision.
