This UK 1st mono pressing dates from December 1966 release on the black & yellow Parlophone label: PMC 7016

Both labels include the 'Sold In UK..' text with 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd...' worded rims.

Matrices: XEX 619-1G & XEX 620-1G

Stamper codes: 5/GPO & 4/GGP

Vinyl weight: 154g

Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lfthouse' printed mono cover.

Complete with original black & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.

A clean & unworn pair with just a touch of wear around the side 1 centre hole only.

Visual: EXCELLENT +

Super-clean, deep-gloss playing surfaces which are unmarked in strong daylight with only a few small wispy paper-tape hairlines when viewed directly beneath halogen light.

Audio: NEAR MINT

All the hit mixes are here on this barely played copy on which all tracks play cleanly and clearly throughout. Even the delicate 'Yesterday' and 'Michelle' play flawlessly with no background interference whatsoever.

Cover: EXCELLENT

A clean, vibrant and fully intact example with a glossy front panel bearing just a few small wrinkles to the laminate. There is little to fault with the corners and opening edges and the rear panel is clean & unblemished. The cover has a slight ripple but both seams and the spine are undamaged.

Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
