The Beatles, ‘A HARD DAY’S NIGHT’ 1965 2nd ISSUE VINYL LP WITH RARE **OUTLINED** STEREO SLEEVE. Cat No. PCS 3058.
Hardly seen, this is the very rare 1965 second issue of The Beatles third UK album release, originally released in 1964. This second issue dates from 1965 and has the rare OUTLINED STEREO sleeve.
Album Description and Condition:
This UK stereo Parlophone vinyl LP is on the traditional Black and Yellow Parlophone Label, with ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ label rim, with ‘Sold in UK…..’ and ‘Made in Gt. Britain’ label text.
Both record labels are in beautiful Near Mint condition, super clean record labels with clear unfaded text and with just a couple of play signs to each record label.
Side 1 matrix is YEX 126-1. and Side 2. YEX 127-2.
Stampers Side 1, 3 4 OT. and Side 2, 1 A H.
Both sides of the LP are in superb Excellent Plus condition, very clean vinyl surfaces with just a few light surface hairlines, there are no deep scratches or scuffs of any kind.
The LP plays through all tracks without faults.
The LP comes in its original advertising inner bag, and is housed in its original front laminated, Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd sleeve, printed ‘OUTLINED’ STEREO to the top right hand corner.
The front of the sleeve is in superbExcellent Plus condition. The front laminated panel still retains its deep gloss shine, with only mild LP storage signs and tiny corner bumps. The back Panel of this sleeve is Excellent Minus and shows some LP ring-wear marks. The spine edge and other edges of this sleeve are undamaged.
