Hello and thanks for looking.
Here is a 1st stereo press of A HARD DAY'S NIGHT. PCS 3058.
Some distinguishing features: Black label with yellow Parlophone logo and silver print text. “The Parlophone Co. Ltd.” is printed at the start perimeter print. “Recording first published 1964? and “Sold in U.K. subject…” text. The text on the labels has a wider font than later pressings. The title “Songs from the film A Hard Day’s Night” only appears on side 1. Northern Songs Ltd. appears as Northern Songs Music Ltd. on label.- Matrix / Runout (Runout stamp side A): YEX 126-1

Cosmetically, it's in reasonable shape. The flipback cover is intact with no seam splits and just a tiny area in the top left corner which is a bit frayed. There is a bit of minor creasing to the laminate here and there. There is a 'STEREO' inner. The record itself has quite a few marks. Mostly lighter scuffs but one or two are feelable. Side 2 has 2 or 3 smudgy marks which looks like handling fingerprints. I'm pretty sure these would likely clean off (they mostly didn't seem to sound - see below).
Cosmetically I would cautiously grade the vinyl around VG to G+, but it generally sounds much better than that would imply.
Playtest revealed a bit of surface noise but to my ears this doesn't overpower in any way for the most part. At normal volume it barely noticed during most of the LP, with the exception of the quietest track A5 ('And I Love Her').
No noticeable pops or skips.
Bear in mind there's some reflection on the pictures of the record itself. Hopefully the pics will tell you anything else you need to know, but if not, just message me!
