DETAILS:

1964 UK 1st pressing 13-track MONO vinyl LP on the black and yellow Parlophone label with 'The Parlophone Co Ltd' perimeter text and 'Sold in UK' central label text. Housed in a Garrod and Lofthouse front laminated flipback picture sleeve with mid sized 'mono' logo on the front and 'Patents Pending' text on the back. Complete with 'Use Emitex' poly lined inner sleeve.

GRADING:

Cover - Very Good Minus

Garrod & Lofthouse front laminated sleeve.

'Patents Pending' text on rear of sleeve.

Small tear in top flipback.

Spine is intact and clearly readable.

Owners name is written on the rear sleeve top right.

Ageing/browning to rear sleeve.

Some laminate creasing on front sleeve coming from spine and seams.

Some wear around sleeve opening.

Emitex inner sleeve has ageing/browning and what look like a few pin holes.

Record - Very Good

XEX 481-3N and XEX 482-3N  matrix numbers.

'KT' tax code visible on side 2.

'The Parlophone Co Ltd' perimeter text and 'Sold in UK' central label text.

Some scuffing and hairline marks.

Heavy spindle hole wear.

Plays nicely with occasional light background noise.

Our grading is based on the system used by Record Collector magazine as described below (We don't sell records with a grading of less than very good).

Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Record will be sent in a cardboard cruciform record mailer with additional cardboard stiffeners for extra protection. The record is also placed in a protective polythene sleeve. The record/inner will be removed from the main sleeve to guard against any seam/spine damage during postage.
