Capitol Record Club Issue of The Beatles A Hard Day's Night available through the late 1966 - early 1967, with a different catalog number - Capitol Record Club Stereo ST-90828. The club issue of this album was pressed in Jacksonville and therefore, all of the covers of this edition has the factory number "4" on the back cover. Besides this, the cover's design is different from the regular issue as it has a white border. Just like the labels, the cover has the unique record club catalog number ST-90828 and a misprint reading "I Cry Instead" instead of "I'll Cry Instead". Black United Artists labels with the colored circles, "Mfd. by Capitol Records, Inc. U.S.A." text and unique font which just like in the case with a white border on the cover is different from the regular issue. The rare cover is graded as Excellent Minus and doesn't have any ring wear or writing, but has two barely visible light scratches in the upper left hand corner stretching vertically 2/3 of the cover and which are slightly visible on the photos. The cover has a very rare paste over slick which is maximally shifted to the right side. The labels are Near Mint with the vinyl being in a Very Good Plus condition with some light hairlines, marks and scuffs from the original plain paper inner sleeve that comes with the album. The vinyl plays great without having any skips or pops and with just some light background noise during the quiet passages which is most likely the static and will go away if the record is properly cleaned using a VPI cleaning machine.
