The Vinyl - VG+
As you can see from the pictures, the vinyl has retained its glossy shine. The labels are clean and free of ink. The vinyl is straight and true with no warping. There are noticeable spindle wear and noticeable light marks on the vinyl, this has no bearing on the sound quality which is supreme. I have completed a test play and found the audio excellent overall. No notable pops, skips or jumps. There is the odd crackle / surface noise on the quieter sections of the album but overall a very respectable copy of this classic album.
The Outer Sleeve - VG
The front of the outer sleeve is free from ink, The spine is intact and the text is readable. The outer sleeve has kept its shape well over the years. There is noticeable shelf wear but no / minimal ring wear. There are two minor tears which are note worthy, one is based on the front on the opening of the outer sleeve but can't be seen (5cm). the spine also has a noticeable tear of about 1cm. This may go unnoticed with other sellers but I like to properly inspect the sleeve and vinyl.
