Description
This is the first UK pressing of the MONO album "A Hard Day's Night" by The Beatles on the Parlophone label catalogue number PMC 1230. This was a very popular album in it's day and sold by the lorry load. Most were played to death or scratched or otherwise damaged. This is a beautiful survivor and offers the buyer an opportunity to aquire an album very close to the condition in which it was originally sold. Matrix numbers side 1, XEX 481-3N. Side 2, XEX 482-3N. Stampers side 1, @ 9 oclock - 4, @ 3 oclock - ART Stampers side 2, @ 9 oclock - 7, @ 3 oclock - AA0. Labels are nice and bright with not damage, side 2 has the MT tax code embossed. Labels have the Parlophone Company rim and Sold in UK text. Both playing surfaces are brilliantly clean and bright and neither side has any Scratches, Scuffs or other surface marks (outstanding condition) The item is supplied with an Emitex polylined inner that looks as good as the day it was made. The outer sleeve is in beautiful condition with nice sharp corners and remaining very clean and bright. The rear of the sleeve is also in outstanding condition remaining very white. There is just a light sign of a crease to the rear left bottom edge but this is very minor. Overall this is in superb condition (please check my feedback).
