Description

An original 1st Mono press of AHDN on Usa UA. Lovely heavy pressing and is the 1st press in mono with 'I Cry Instead' [should say" i'll cry"]. The vinyl comes housed in an original 1st mono cover. The 1st copies should exhibit three lines of pub credits..as you find here. We also have a genuine 1964 UA advertising inner....pretty cool. 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex-) In great condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a few light marks per side. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an at least NEAREXCELLENT level of playback with a couple of deviations per side. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with really good clarity. Do expect some light background just fleetingly in a couple of the lower key tracks per side. Nothing upfront. Nothing distracting. A great original player. Little to dissappoint, here.
Cover (Ex-) Lovely clean surfaces without much sign of wear - impressive. Usually these US covers are aged and nsightly, not here. The rear has escaped the worst of the ageing process. Overall - very presentable for the vintage. Spine 90% intact - slight wear in the odd spot. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
