THE BEATLES - 'A HARD DAY'S NIGHT'
This 1st UK MONO pressing dates from 1964 on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PMC 1230
Both labels have the 'Sold in UK...' text and have 'The Parlophone Co...' worded rims.
A 'KT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the side 2 label.
Matrix numbers: XEX 481-3N & XEX 482-3N
Stamper codes: 8/RLH & 8/RTH
Vinyl weight: 158g
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed mono cover.
Complete with original rice paper lined 'Use Emitex...' inner-sleeve.
CONDITION
Disc: EXCELLENT -
Clean labels and glossy playing surfaces bearing a few light hairlines and insignificant wispy inner-sleeve removal marks but nothing major. Audibly fine with no significant or major faults or distractions.
Cover: EXCELLENT
Strong, clean & glossy with a sparkling unscratched front laminate and nice unworn corners. The rear panel is very clean overall with a small factory sticker in the upper right corner. Both seams and the spine are fully intact.
