Description

A 2nd pressing of AHDN on the UK Parlophone label from 1965. Matrix -3N/-3N. Stampers 1-APR 3-ALP. Perimeter text around the label reads "Gramophone Ltd". The record comes housed in an original Garrod & Lofthouse printed cover.
Vinyl (Ex+) An absolute corker....and is amazingly well preserved. Under close inspection there's only a couple of ultra light marks and nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level playback. Intros and inbetweens are silent and the audio comes across with barely a hint of interference. The audio is stunning, full range with excellent clarity. I'd imagine this would be a difficult one to beat.
Cover (Ex) Again, has been very carefully looked after. The front is shiny like a mirror and the rear is free from the usual ravages of ageing. There's almost no edge wear to speak of and no creasing at all. The spine is 100% intact and overall the cover has perfect rigidity. Apart from a light bit of ageing it's pretty much perfect, and I'd imagine, difficult to better.
Emitex Inner (Vg) No splits just some light ageing.
