The Beatles 1964 UK Stereo 12" Vinyl Lp titled "A Hard Day's Night" on the black and yellow Parlophone label.

Catalogue number: PCS 3058

Matrix side 1: YEX 126 - 1 (1 R )
Matrix side 2: YEX 127 - 1 (1 P)

Side 1 condition:

Side 1 plays through with no jumps or sticks. There is some background noise here and there, especially through quieter sections, but the quality of the vinyl still remains generally free of background noise.

The surface and shine of the vinyl is very good but with quite a few light marks and lines on the surface.

The black and yellow Parlophone label with "Sold in the UK....." text and 'KT' tax code is in very good plus condition with very light wear but a few light spider trails around the centre hole.
Generally, the label is pleasing to the eye as the black background is strong with very little fading and the printed text boldly stands out with no fading present.

Side 2 condition:

Side 2 plays through nicely with some background noise in places but no sticks or jumps.

The very good shine and surface of the vinyl on side 2 is equal to that as described on side 1. There are quite a few light marks and light lines but no deep scratches.

The Parlophone label on side 2 with "Sold in the UK...." is in very good plus condition. Again, there is a little discolouration and light wear around the centre hole but the text remains visually bold with no obvious fading.

The Emitex inner sleeve is in excellent plus condition with no fading, no tears, no seam splits, no creasing and very little discolouration.

The Garrod & Lofthouse outer sleeve, with 'Patents Pending' text in the bottom right corner of the rear panel, is in very good plus condition with no splits or tears.
The spine has a very nice shape with no laminate cracks, near perfect text but the lightest bit of corner rubbing.
The laminated front is nice and bright with a few light laminate creases but no splits or lifting to the three margins.
The rear panel, with shows excellent print with some discolouration on the white panela d in the upper right corner.
