This is an 1987 or 1988 Release (see below for details)
This was a promo copy given to stores for in store use, not to be re-sold
(hence the "cut-out" hole in the upper right corner)

According to markings and info at discogs.com, this album is either a 1987 or 1988 issue.
The only way to tell is by looking at the record itself but this is still sealed.
1987 version will have Rainbow Ring label on the record
1988 version will have a Purple label on the record
Being sealed I can not determine which year this one is.
