Description
"A Hard Day's Night" by The Beatles. Original UK mono first press - contains all of the identifying features, including the thin type face and song layout on side B. The matrix numbers are: XEX 481-3N; Side 2: XEX 482-3N
Vinyl is graded both visually and audibly as Excellent and it is clear that this has been a well cared for album. There are a very few light surface marks but nothing that affects play. The audio is incredibly clear and strong.
Laminated flipback sleeve is also in Excellent condition with minor signs of wear, particularly when taking into account the age of the record.
Comes wtih original "Use 'Emitex'" polylined inner sleeve.
As you will appreciate, an original pressing, such as this, is extremely hard to find in this condition.

Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
Near Mint: The record appears new but is known to have been played because the label has light spindle marks or because it has come from a previous owner and is assumed to have been played by them.
Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
In addition, we also use the following gradings to assist our customers in making purchasing decisions:Excellent +: The record is better than Excellent but not quite Near Mint.
Very Good +: The record is better than Very Good but not quite Excellent.
