Description

Up for sale is this amazing sounding 1st pressing of ‘Abbey Road’ by The Beatles issued in 1969 in The United Kingdom. The record has -2 -1 in the matrix of the deadwax & has the true ‘hot mix’, tube cut from the original stereo analogue master tapes at Abbey Road. This is the mix that The Beatles & George Martin signed off on. I play tested the Lp today on my Thornes td 320 turntable & the record plays in excellent sound with only a bit of background noise between songs. On this mix you hear nuisances & clear background vocals like you have never heard before. The laminated cover is also in excellent shape with a bit of aging storage wear. Also included is the original pantents inner sleeve in very good condition. Thanks Frank
