LABEL: Apple Records – PCS 7088
FORMAT: Vinyl, LP, Album
COUNTRY: UK
NOTE: ℗ 1969.
"An E.M.I. Recording"
Mfd. in U.K.
This version is the "first label, revised cover" version:
Dark green labels with a whole apple on the A-side label and a half, sliced-open apple on B-side. The labels have the "(An E.M.I. Recording)" text on two lines and small "33 1/3" text moved to the left side. Publishing year printed with a small ℗ symbol.
The B-side label does not have "Her Majesty" credits. The labels are quite dark, although the actual shade of green varies between copies.
Comes in a full laminated cover without flaps on the back side. The front cover has the drain showing, the rear cover has the Apple logo aligned with the text, and 'Her Majesty' is not listed.
SIDE 1 and 2: Very Good (VG-) Vinyl is shiny and have hairlines and several scuffs and scratches fileable. Writing in the label. Playback with bold audio. crackles sporadically. Not overpowering of music. Still a very good players copy! Majority of background noise will be heard during quiet passes, in between tracks, and on intro and dead waxes, still some will be heard during music. One skips, that impact the sound quality.
CONDITION OF SLEEVE: G+ = Ring wear. Many creases and scrape marks around cover art from handling, corner bends. shelf wear fray, title spine barely legible, writing on cover, heavy splits to edges, discoloration, and staining.
PLEASE NOTE: Every record we add to the archive or send to our customers is extensively cleaned prior to doing so. We endeavor to remove as much dirt as possible from the cover before ultrasonically cleaning the record. Once both these steps are complete, we repackage the restored article in a brand new inner and outer sleeve.
We dedicate vast amounts of time and resources to this process to ensure the customer receives the highest standard of service and product.
