Description

Here up for sale is this original authentic 1st pressing of ‘Abbey Road’ by The Beatles issued in September of 1969 in The United Kingdom. This laminated cover has the Apple misaligned on the back lower left corner. The laminated cover is in very good+ condition with light aging wear & some laminate creases. The matching -2 -1 record is in excellent condition, only been lightly played. The complete album sounds amazing on my Thornes td 320 turntable yesterday with only a few ticks in playback in between songs.  This early pressing was tube cut from the original stereo analogue master tapes approved by The Beatles & George Martin. The remixed album from 2019 can’t live up to these first pressings. The vocals, Paul’s bass playing & other musical nuisances are ‘Out of this world’ on this pressing. The record does have “Her Majesty” listed on the label of side 2. Also included is the the original ‘Patents Pending’ white inner sleeve. This album will be professionally double boxed for protection through shipment with USPS priority mail. Thanks Frank
