Description
Really nice copy of The Beatles' Abbey Road, which still sounds stunning after all these years.
Issued in 1969 on Apple Records, this is an early 80s UK pressing, with no barcode on the back cover, and no Her Majesty in the sleeve track listing, though it is listed on the Side 2 label.
The fully laminated sleeve is in excellent condition – just one or two very minor spine creases. No writing, damage, edge wear or corner bends.
The vinyl has the odd surface mark and hairline but plays through very well with the music coming over loud and clear. There are four tics at the start of Side 1 track 2 (Something) and a few at the beginning of Side 1 track 5 (Octopus's Garden) - these move it down from excellent to VG+. Still a great listen.
The plain white inner sleeve is in very good order.
Classic album – really decent listening copy.
