THE BEATLES – ABBEY ROAD – ORIGINAL MASTER RECORDING – MOBILE FIDELITY SOUND LABS
From my own personal collection, up for sale is this limited edition ‘Original Master Recording’ of the classic Abbey Road album by the Beatles. The edition was released in 1980 on the Capitol/EMI label.
It features half-speed mastering, super high-definition vinyl (with extended life), imported pressing, with the source being the original stereo master tape. The static-free inner sleeve which houses the disc is also inside another protective gatefold sleeve.

ALBUM CONDITION:
Vinyl: Excellent+: Visually - A few light surface marks. Sound clarity excellent, surface noise level is low.
Sleeve: Excellent+: Just one short (1/2") area of wear along top edge

All records I am currently selling are from my own personal collection They have been looked after over the years, stored vertically and not tightly packed. As I have a good quality turntable & cartridge setup (Rega Planar 3 & Goldring G1020) I believe this will have helped to minimise play wear to the disc.

GRADING INFORMATION:
All albums are graded visually and audibly unless stated. I try to be as accurate as possible here, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase I do offer a full refund so please contact me before leaving feedback in this instance.
Records are graded according to UK Record Collector Magazine:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT (Ex): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. "
