Description

I purchased this in the secondary market from the original owner advertised in near mint condition and after my own evaluation I agree with this.  Following a light cleaning I did see a few hairline marks and most noticeably what I believe to be an errant needle drop at some point on the A Side Track 4 (Oh! Darling).  A test play through Grado PS1000e’s confirmed an as advertised sound (and as 100% disclosure I thought I was going to hear something on Track 4  but it was fine) and based on this I am scoring the vinyl a 94, a solid A and well within the near mint category.  Numerically I am scoring the cover a 91, the lower end of the near mint spectrum.  Running in from the spine is a faint crease at 8mm and within the top right corner is a light crease at 1.2cm.  The bottom corners show light wear. Within the top seam is some light 'ripple wear' (it looks like it was pressed into wrong a couple of times over the years), there is a small wear spot within the top right corner of the seam and finally there is a small 'grab dent' on the right seam (where the album goes in) right in front of John at 1.5cm. Factory bag and hype stickers show light wear. The album will be shipped in between cardboard with the vinyl outside of the jacket within a Whiplash record mailer.  If you have any other questions please let me know and thanks for looking!
