The Beatles Abbey road APPLE records PCS 7088 Printed by Garrod & Lofthouse Made in the U.K
Matrix numbers and run offs are as follows side one - yex 749 - 2 side two - yex 750 - 1
This is the second variant of Abbey road , this one has the MISS ALIGNED APPLE above the apple text and without 'HER MAJESTY ' on sleeve, but includes 'HER MAJESTY on label . These are incredibly hard to find in amazing condition as this one is, the cover is so shiny and preserved that , As you can see by the photographs you can make out my face and arms reflected in the pictures... the best cover i have ever seen of abbey road , its incredible for a 45 year vinyl. The vinyl looks like its hardly ever been played , i picked this one up about 17 years ago and i have only played it once on a clearaudio emotion turntable just recently. This has been kept in the Beatles collection in a plastic cover and filed away as most of them are... to scared to play half of them.
The condition of the cover is as close to mint as you can ever get, NEAR MINT, the laminate is almost like glass, you can see your face in it. The condition of the vinyl is near mint a super shiny unmarked vinyl and as close to mint as you can get NEAR MINT The condition of the labels are near mint, no spindle marks at all.

MINT (M) THE RECORD ITSELF IS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH NO SURFACE MARKS OR DETERIORATION IN SOUND QUALITY. THE COVER AND ANY EXTRA ITEMS SUCH AS THE LYRIC SHEET, BOOKLET OR POSTER ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION. RECORDS ADVERTISED AS SEALED OR UNPLAYED SHOULD BE MINT.
EXCELLENT (EX) THE RECORD SHOWS SOME SIGNS OF HAVING BEEN PLAYED, BUT THERE IS VERY LITTLE LESSENING IN SOUND QUALITY. THE COVER AND PACKAGING MIGHT HAVE SLIGHT WEAR AND/OR CREASING.
VERY GOOD (VG) THE RECORD HAS OBVIOUSLY BEEN PLAYED MANY TIMES, BUT DISPLAYS NO MAJOR DETERIORATION IN SOUND QUALITY, DESPITE NOTICEABLE SURFACE MARKS AND THE OCCASIONAL LIGHT SCRATCH. NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR ON THE COVER OR EXTRA ITEMS, WITHOUT ANY MAJOR DEFECTS, IS ACCEPTABLE.
GOOD (G) THE RECORD HAS BEEN PLAYED SO MUCH THAT THE SOUND QUALITY HAS NOTICEABLY DETERIORATED, PERHAPS WITH SOME DISTORTION AND MILD SCRATCHES. THE COVER AND CONTENTS SUFFER FROM FOLDING, SCUFFING OF EDGES, SPINE SPLITS, DISCOLOURATION, ETC.
THE USE OF PLUS (+) OR MINUS (-) ALLOWS FOR ITEMS THAT FALL BETWEEN THE ABOVE GRADES.
