Description
The Beatles - ?Abbey Road PCS 7088 - Rare First Pressing
Misprint, 1st Press Sleeve Variant
This first press has variations on the sleeve. The apple logo IS misaligned with the rest of the text AND Her Majesty is also missing from the sleeve and vinyl label.
On front cover photo is somewhat larger than usual sleeve. The picture shows less of the trees and crosswalk (upper and bottom right).
The Vinyl is in VG+ to Excellent condition. The record has a scratch going through "Something" on SIDE A, it does play but with a slight crackle. Theres a couple minor hairline scratches on the record but only very minor. There is a slight cut out on the run out groove which you can see in the photos. Overall the record is in great condition considering the age etc. Really solid, shiny copy.
The Sleeve is also in VG+ to Excellent condition. Theres a sticker mark on the front corner (See photos) and one on the back (See photos) which we haven't attempted to remove. Theres a couple of very small creases on the front spine but nothing major at all, a little bit of fraying to the corners but other than that really great condition.
Matrix / Runout (Side A Run Out): YEX 749-2 Matrix / Runout (Side B Run Out): YEX 750-1
