Description
Nice clean 1st pressing copy of The Beatles’ all-time classic 1969 album. This example has the rarer misaligned Apple design on the back cover. No 'Her Majesty' on the label. Matrices are YEX 749-2/YEX 750-1. From my own collection and well looked-after over many years.
Sleeve VG+ Fully laminated. Some rubbing to the corners, as well as some very light creasing. But pretty good for its 53 years!
Labels Ex+ Very clean with no marks or writing. Light to moderate spindle traces.
Inner VG+ Plain white bag, possibly the original.
Record Visually a strong VG+, nice shine to the vinyl. No marks seen in normal light apart from two small light hairlines on Side 2, and a really tiny surface mark right at the end of Side 1. Fully play-tested and sounds very good to excellent throughout. Some light crackle here and there (mainly on Side 2), and a few isolated ticks also on Side 2. No sticks or jumps on my deck.
I grade all records strictly using the 'Record Collector' grading system.
