Original UK first pressing.  Matrix / Runout (Label A): YEX.749 - 1 Matrix / Runout (Label B): YEX.750 - 2  The apple logo IS misaligned with the rest of the text AND Her Majesty is missing from the back cover  track listing. The picture shows less of the trees and crosswalk (upper and bottom right) and it also  shows a portion of a grate cover on the bottom right beneath John and Ringo's feet - later versions of the cover so not show the grate at all - one hears this cover variant referred to as a grate cover. 
Condition: the vinyl is VG- visually but plays well. Has 4 surface marks and a low to medium number of paper slide scuff Marks. There are a few very low volume soft clicks during  Sun King and one in You Never Give Me your Money". During "Here Comes the Sun" there are about  10 clicks in the rage, for loudness, of 2 to 4 out of 10 (where 10 out of 10 would be as loud as the music). 
The cover is VG+ with no seam splitting or cut out hole. Has a few short, faint, crease marks near the  peripheries and a section of overlying clear laminate on the front near the top right has bubbled  a bit - see photo. Larger, but faint crease marks on the front near the open end and on the back  are three more narrow bubbles and a corner crease mark in the upper right. Nothing too significant.
