Description
The Beatles – Abbey Road UK PCS 7088 Misprint Apple location LP VG + Very Nice. Condition is "Used".
Album is in VG+ condition. Still has its original high gloss sheen to it. Album does show signs of light swirls and a few mild scratching that does not affect the sound of the album. Light background noise in the dead wax between songs and in the introduction of the LP. I have play graded this LP as Excellent still has a very enjoyable sound to it. No Her Majesty's listing on label. Labels are in excellent condition.
Matrix numbers are side 1 YEX 749-2 / stampers 9:00 o'clock 5 / 3:00 o'clock AL. Side 2 matrix YEX 750-1 stampers 9 o'clock 1 / 3 o'clock GG. Label is placed upside down on side 2.
Album cover is the misprint on the location of the Apple Logo offsets to the left. Cover is in VG+ condition. Their are no rips or tears, no stickers or unwanted writing. Spine is in excellent condition. Corners show just some mild bumping. Cover shows some mild ring wear expected from an album this old. Only laminate lifting is at the opening of the album cover caused by bending the opening back a little to insert album. If it weren't for this I would grade as an excellent example of this album cover.
Comes with black inner sleeve that were placed with the album of Abbey Road.
Inner sleeve is in excellent condition. No rips or tears. Only the openings on each side of the bottom of the sleeve.
Goldmine Record Grading
VG+ records may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK. Minor signs of handling are OK, too, such as telltale marks around the center hole, but repeated playing has not misshapen the hole. There may be some very light ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable
