Cover type 3 : the front cover image was enlarged. The picture on the front shows less of the trees and crosswalk. This type has "Her Majesty" missing on the back cover BUT included on the label.
On label : Mfd. by Apple Records AND "All rights reserved..." statement on the rim. 1975 release.
