Description
It is rare to find records from the 60's in unplayed condition but I found a horde of 45's and 33's in a Teachers estate. It appears he was some sort of hoarder from the condition of his estate. House is local here in Riverhead and has been sealed up for many years due to no relatives. New buyer of home was cleaning out loads of stuff and let me take 4 cartons of unplayed records. Many of the records were still in stapled bags with receipts from Sam Goode, Gertz, and mostly A&S. I am grading the record as near mint rather than mint due to needing a very slight cleaning and also records were in the bottom of the box of records and have some slight warping. Please check out my other auctions for more records from this hoarse. These issues are easily remedied, I just don't want to touch them and selling them as found.
