THE BEATLES: BEATLES FOR SALE (No. 2) UK EP – GEP 8938 - 1964 UK PARLOPHONE MONO VINYL 4 TRACK EP.
First released on the 4th June 1965 and contains 4 tracks from the 1964 fourth Beatles Album release, Beatles For Sale.
This EP is a cross over variant with both Parlophone and Gramophone Co Ltd label rims.
The EP is on the traditional
BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE LABEL, **WITH** ‘sold in U.K. label text’ with The Parlophone Co Ltd Label rim on side 1, and the Gramophone Co Ltd label rim on the side 2 record label, and Made in Gt Britain label text.Both sides of the record labels are in beautiful Excellent Plus condition, bright undamaged label text, with only light signs of play to the centre spindle holes.
The official side 1 matrix is stamped 7TCE 874-1. Side 2 matrix is 7TCE 875-1.
Side 1 stampers are: KT 3 P and side 2: KT4 PD.
Ther is a KT Tax Code on the centre of the side 2 record label.
The four mono tracks are listed below.
Both sides of the vinyl disc are in Near Mint condition, lovely clean, undamaged vinyl, with only one or two light surface hairlines.
All 4 tracks play SUPERB -A POWERFUL Mono sound quality, with NO clicks, NO skips, NO background crackle, a great mono sound.
The EP comes in its official Garrod and Lofthouse rounded corner flipback front laminated sleeve.
The laminated sleeve is in superb Excellent Plus condition, a really nice example, with clean reverse panel, and undamaged edges and corners, with just light record indentation to the front.
This Beatles SCARCE UK Parlophone ORIGINAL EP, is in SUPERB condition, and with the rarer cross over record labels, and one of the harder to find titles.
