This is a 45 rpm single, The Beatles performing The Ballad of John and Yoko and Old Brown Shoe.  Apple Records 2531.  It plays well and clear.  The sleeve is slightly worn with two small holes on the Old Brown Shoe side.  The sleeve is unique because it includes Yoko with the band and has a different image on each side.  It does show some ring wear.
