The Beatles     "Beatlemania !   With The Beatles"

This is a Canadian vinyl pressing on Capitol T-6051 from 1963.      This was their first album on Capitol Records Of Canada.      This was issued in December, 1963, so it was the very first Beatles album issued in North America.     The front cover is like the UK issue of 'With The Beatles', except there are favorable quotes from magazines printed at lower left.       The back cover is the same as the UK issue, with liner notes by Tony Barrow.     It has the same 14 songs as the UK issue of 'With The Beatles', which was their second album there.      This was only issued in Mono, when first released.       The labels are black with rainbow colorband.     The record comes in the original Capitol Of Canada inner sleeve.

The songs are : It Won't Be Long, All I've Got To Do, All My Loving, Don't Bother Me, Little Child, Till There Was You, Please Please Me, Roll Over Beethoven, Hold Me Tight, You Really Got A Hold On Me, I Wanna Be Your Man, Devil In Her Heart, Not A Second Time, and Money.

In the Perry Cox, Frank Daniels, & Bruce Spizer Beatles Price Guides the cover is CCAN 6051.MC1, the record is CCAN 6051.MR1, and the inner sleeve is CCAN.IS1.

The matrix numbers are hand etched : side 1 : XEX-447 and side 2 : XEX-448.

Overall Condition is : Cover is VG /  Record is VG-

The cover is VG with no seam splits.        There is light ring wear and a very tiny cover tear of the front at top right, that is white on white and hard to see.       There are tiny red checks by four song titles on the back cover.          The vinyl looks VG- and it plays VG-, with lots of light handling marks and many bad looking scuffs, especially on side 2.        There is light static during playback and static between the songs.       The labels are clean with light spindle marks.       The record comes in a Capitol Of Canada inner sleeve.

Packaging :

I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.     I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard.     Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard.       Together they are very strong and unbendable.       I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve.     The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.
