Record looks in good condition.  Researching the labels on the record suggest this is a first pressing from December 1964.  Inner sleeve has no tears and the cellophane window is intact.  Outer, main, card sleeve is in good condition for its age with normal usage signs - i.e. wearing spine and corners.  The main sleeve is a gatefold sleeve with text and photography on the inside.  See photos.
