Description
This is a copy of the LP Beatles For Sale by The Beatles, stereo reissue from 1983 / 84 (?) on Parlophone PCS 3062.
The stamped matrices are YEX 142 - 5 - 1 - 1 - and YEX 143 - 6 with HTM etched into Side One.
The vinyl is in Near Mint condition with no scuffs, scratches or other blemishes. The labels are clean with no writing, stickers, scuffs or spindle lines. Part of the label rim text reads “UNAUTHORISED COPYING, HIRING, RENTING, PUBLIC PERFORMANCE AND BROADCASTING OF THIS RECORD PROHIBITED. MANUFACTURED IN THE UK BY EMI RECORDS LIMITED".
The inside-entry, gatefold cover is in Very Good Plus condition. There are no stickers, scuffs, stains, ring wear, shelf wear, tape or writing. There is flattening of the spine and a 2 inch split in the spine and a little rubbing to the opposite edge. The cardboard feels crisp and fresh and the spine is perfectly readable.
Comes with an EMI company white paper inner sleeve that has a few faint handling creases. There is a printed date code 683 indicating June 1983. I don't know if this is the original inner.
