The Beatles, "Beatles' Greatest" vinyl record album. Israel, Portrait #OMHS 3001, 1970's. Everything is in at least very good condition. Details:
Late 70s/early 80s pressing from Israel of German/Netherlands compilation with a cover which is unique to Israel only, the so-called President Cover. Originally issued there December 1970.
Mfd by CBS! Has no EMI or Parlophone markings or mentions, but uses the European catalog #.
"STEREO & MONO" upper right corner on back of jacket. Despite this, there are NO mono mixes here (A7 She Loves You is in fake stereo)
Audiophile Notes:
-She Loves You A7 is fake stereo
-I Feel Fine B1 sounds like the version from Beatles '65 in the US, fake stereo drenched with echo.
-All My Loving B8 has the hi-hat intro.
"Portrait are trademarks of CBS Records." and "Manufactured and Distributed by CBS Records Ltd. P.O.B 681, Tel Aviv, Israel" along bottom back jacket.
