Description
Excellent still sealed US mono copy of the Beatles VI LP (RIAA #3). The rear cover reads "See label for correct playing order."
Seal is complete. Sleeve is excellent with no bends or creases. Corners are nice with a small bump and slightly rounded edge to the bottom right corner, which I have tried to capture in the photo, and a very minor bump to the top. Some slight yellowing of the sleeve due to age. Overall, a very nice copy of an original, early edition US mono release.
Note: There are no breathe holes in the shrink wrap. Also, the shrink is tight and I cannot tell the color of the inner sleeve. (Another sealed Beatles album I purchased at the same time, also RIAA #3, has a partially opened outer sleeve and I can tell the inner sleeve is orange. However, I cannot determine the color of this inner sleeve.) The bottom of rear cover shows some slight bubbling along the bottom, which I have tried to capture in pictures 6 and 7. This was present when I purchased the item in the early 1980s, although it is possibly the result of some slight moisture before then.
