First press, with mid-sized outlined "mono" and flipbacks on the gatefold sleeve Matrix numbers XEX 503-4N and XEX 504-4N KT tax code embossed on side 1 label Side 1 stampers : 2 at 9 O'clock and GMA at 3 O'clock Side 2 stampers : 4 at 9 O'clock and GGG at 3 O'clock "The Parlophone Co Ltd" rim text, "Recording First Published 1964", and "Sold in UK subject to ...." on the labels
Plays in Good Plus condition with a small pressing flaw at the start of side 1 which causes 4 light clicks. The rest of the record plays with a few light clicks and occasional light background crackle.
The front and rear laminated G&L picture sleeve is in Good Plus condition with some light creasing. There are three drawing pin holes through the gatefold sleeve, front and back, in the two top corners and two-thirds of the way down on the right opening side (the top two are pictured, the third is visible in the pictures of the sleeve on Paul's shoulder). The spine is unflattened and fully legible - See Pictures. The unlaminated inside section is clean, with the flipbacks intact.
