COMMENTS: Original 1965 record store counter display. These displays used the front of original covers with the back side being able to be folded out to stand up on a counter top. These are INCREDIBLY RARE as most were destroyed or thrown out after the record initial sales had run their course. This copy was RESCUED from a record store garbage can. It had been folded in half and still shows a crease from top to bottom where it was folded. The backside of the cover is not a Beatles cover, it is a Big Band LP cover by Van Alexander. The standee portion of this appears not to have been used.
