Description

Up for sale is this first issue of 'The Beatles Collection BC 13" stereo vinyl LP box set released in 1978 before the United Kingdom box set was released. Captiol Records imported 1978 pressing albums from the United Kingdom & factory sealed them for this numbered box set. This is #1202 of the 3000 that were sold. All of the albums are sealed in a loose baggie with the 'Capitol Records Union Jack' hype sticker affixed to the shrink. All of the albums have a large factory breath hole on the front. The 'Rarities' album was never sealed & is unique in this issue with an outer blue paper sleeve instead of a album cover. 'Rarities' is also in looking unplayed near mint condition. This box set also has a unique separate 24" by 17" poster included, also in great shape. Only 'Revolver' has a bit of edge wear to the top edge. as you probably know these pressings are some of the best sounding audiophile stereo Beatles albums ever cut by Harry T. Moss.  The box is in excellent condition with the original loose hype sticker also included. This box set will be professionally double boxed for protection through USPS priority mail. Thanks Frank
