THE BEATLES - 'A COLLECTION OF BEATLES OLDIES'

This early UK 1st pressing dates from initial December 1966 release on the Parlophone label: PCS 7016

Matrices: YEX 619-1G & YEX 620-1G

Stamper codes: 1/M & 1/A

The 'KT' purchase tax code is visible in the centre of the side 1 label.

Housed within the scarcer 'Ernest J. Day' printed stereo cover & original inner-sleeve.

CONDITION

Disc: EXCELLENT

Both playing surfaces retains their factory shine with some light surface marks and hairlines beneath halogen light, but nothing of any significance. All tracks play without groove/playwear distortion or crackle and apart from two clicks on 'I Want To Hold You Hand' and some light vinyl background between tracks, there is little to fault and much to enjoy.

Cover: EXCELLENT

A striking example with a clean glossy front panel where the only issue is a 5mm tear to the front opening edge towards the lower right corner. All corners are sharp and unbumped and the rear opening edge is undamaged. The exposed rear panel is clean & white where it should be and both seams and the spine are smooth & unworn.

  • This item is located in & will be shipped from AUSTRIA. Buyers outside the European Union are responsible for all customs duties levied
