Grading:
I grade records visually using the goldmine grading scale. Due to the extensive amount of time it takes to play test each record I only spot test them to assure they do not have any serious problems. However if it makes you feel more comfortable with your purchase, upon your request I will gladly test them more thoroughly to give you a better idea of the playability of the record.
Shipping:
All purchases will be shipped within 3 business days of payment via shipping listed above. If you would like to add insurance, request a different form of shipping or combine shipping please inquire so that this can be arranged prior to shipping.
I will gladly combine shipping on multiple purchases. Please inquire prior to bidding on any auctions or directly after making purchases so that I may adjust the invoice accordingly.
Overseas and International shipping differs in that the buyer should contact me prior to making any purchase so there is no “surprise” unexpected shipping rates for either party. Overseas buyers should not use the buy it now option, as shipping listed is only calculated for within the United States and buyer will automatically be charged for this. Please feel free to make offers or contact me prior to making any purchase so that we may discuss the most reasonable shipping costs.
If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to inquire as I will be more than happy to answer any other inquiries one might have.
Payment:
Please contact me if you are unable to make payment within 48 hours of auction end, as to avoid any confusion with both parties’ intentions. Often times, buyers expect item to be shipped regardless of whether payment has been received. My policy is as stated above.
We only accept payment through pay pal at this time. Before bidding or making any purchase, please make sure you have an active pay pal account.
RETURNS:
Within three days of receiving your product, should you be unsatisfied, please contact me and I will gladly refund your money. Money will be released back to the buyer once the item has been returned back into my possession. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
I cannot accept responsibility for the post office and their process in which they deliver your order. I strongly suggest that any order valued over fifty dollars have insurance applied to the postage to assure that you are covered by any damages that may occur.
Thanks for looking!
