Description

The Beatles For Sale 1964 first pressing. Black/yellow labels with silver lettering. “The Parlophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the start perimeter print. “Recording first published 1964″ and “Sold in U.K. subject…” text. This first UK stereo release has "STEREO" printed slightly more to the right on both labels ("O" above "E" in PARLOPHONE). Released in a gatefold sleeve that opens from the inside and with horizontal flipbacks in the centre spread.
The record was fully tested (listened to all the way through) and overall sounds really good - no skips with occasional light/medium background noise. It would probably be graded VG/VG+ since there are some visible scratches and scuffs on both sides (but no skips or significant pops/crackles upon listening to the record).
