Description

Beatles 'For Sale' was first released in Germany in 1964 and then quickly rereleased in 1966.  This listing is for the 2nd pressing (1966) on the red, white, & gold Odeon labels.  As can be expected from an early German pressing, the vinyl is heavy, thick, with the audio being bold, detailed, and bright.  An acceptable playing copy of a hard to find pressing.

Cover: Very Good.....more than presentable;  the lamination to the front and back cover is still holding fast and apart from some spine wear and a discreet hole punch to the upper right, there are no other significant issues.  A nice example of this thin and delicate sleeve.

Record: VG ~ VG++ .....a well pressed vintage record (probably at least 145g) which was the norm in those days....the labels are near-perfect showing vivid colors.  Under strong light,  some hairlines and marks can be distinguished but generally have no bearing on the wonderfully bold audio.
