While the record is unplayed, it is in an unsealed paper sleeve which has allowed some dust ingress. With this in mind I will call it VG+ (or as Near Mint as an unplayed, unsealed, 25 year old single can be). Sleeve is VG+ with a Promo sticker over the rear barcode.
