THE BEATLES: ‘HELP’ – AN ORIGINAL 1965 UK BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE MONO VINYL LP – PMC 1255.
ANOTHER WELL CARED FOR EXAMPLE, WITH THE VINYL LP AND SLEEVE IN SUPERB CONDITION.
This is an original 1965 UK Parlophone mono Vinyl LP for The Beatles fifth UK album release and the sound track for their second Movie, ‘HELP’ first released in the UK on the 6th August 1965.
The heavyweight Vinyl LP is on the traditional BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE Label, with ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ label rim, ‘Sold in UK…’ and ‘circled P date 1965’ label text.
Both record labels are in Excellent Plus condition, clean record labels with just some light centre spindle lines, the printed text is unfaded.
Official side 1 matrix is XEX 549-2 and Side 2: XEX 550-2.
Side 1 stampers: 6 AMR and Side 2: 16 AGM
There is a KT Tax Code visible on the centre of the side 1 record label.
Both sides of the BRIGHT, GLOSSY vinyl disc are in Near Mint condition, nice bright clean vinyl surfaces, with nothing more than just a couple of light surface hairlines, there are no deep scratches or scuffs.
The album plays extremely well with superb sound quality through all the tracks, with great mono sound quality, and with no clicks or skips.
The LP comes in it’s ORIGINAL Lined ‘Use Emitex…’ Printed Inner Bag which is an Excellent example, with NO seam splits, and just some inevitable light creasing.
And is housed in its original first Issue Front laminated Garrod & Lofthouse three flip back, outlined mono Sleeve.
The Original Laminated Sleeve is a superb clean example and is in very nice Excellent Plus condition, the front panel of the sleeve is very glossy and has retained the rich colours , there is only minimal record indentation to the front panel.
The reverse panel of the sleeve is very clean, all 3 flipbacks are perfect, the back panel is clean and white, there are just very mild handling signs to the opening edge, all edges and spine are perfect, there are just light bumps to two corners.
A superb and complete example of this original 1965 Beatles UK mono vinyl LP.
