Description
The Beatles Help LP 1st Pressing Mono PMC 1255
Matrix nos - Side 1 XEX 549-2 Side 2 XEX 549-2
Sleeve - 'G&L sleeve in absolutely 'Excellent' condition. Front laminated sleeve is stunning, with one very small crease on Ringo, and some slight darkening on the very edge of the opening and with hardly any signs of feathering. Rear is in a similar condition; bright and clean, very little discoloration, flipbacks in excellent order, no writing or tears. Original Emitex inner sleeve is 'Very Good'; one tiny tear on one edge, otherwise perfect.
Labels - In 'Excellent' condition. First pressing black label with yellow logo and silver print. “The Gramophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the start perimeter print and “Sold in U.K. subject…”text. Very little wear, a number of 'spider marks' visible only.
Vinyl - Both visually and audibly in 'Excellent' condition. One very faint hairline on side 1, side 2 is absolutely clean. No pops, clicks or jumps; just one or 2 crackles in between the first couple of tracks, the rest of the gaps are completely silent and their is no noise at all to be heard on the tracks themselves.
A cracking example of this great album.
I don't use Excellent + or Near Mint descriptors; for me to give a 'mint' description it needs to be as new. If you are not happy in any way I will fully refund you on return of the item.
All my records are sent in professional record mailers, with cardboard stiffeners, and identified as fragile.
